We accept most insurance plans. However, it is the patient’s/parent’s/legal guardian’s responsibility verify that we are “in network” with your specific policy or plan. If you are a new patient or your insurance provider has changed please bring your most current card to your visit. 

Please note that we must have a current copy of your insurance card on file before we can bill your insurance company. Failure to provide a current copy of your insurance card may delay processing of claims and could leave the patient/guarantor responsible for the full claim balance.

*We do not accept Cigna Healthspring, Cigna Connect (Marketplace plans), Cigna SureFit, or Blue Cross/Blue Shield Network E or Network M at this time.  However, we do participate in the Blue Cross/Blue Shield National Network (which shows up as Tier 2 benefits for Saint Thomas Health employees). We are also currently not in network with Aetna’s “Premier” network. Please check your individual policy to verify whether Dr. Rager is in network for your plan.
